3. How did you get your artist name?

Ha the big question! It's a couple of things actually. Usually, big life changes always kinda happens around my birthday, and since I’m a Cancer zodiac sign and in Dutch we tend to translate it as Lobster, Lobster Robin was born.
But also I love comic books and my favorite ‘Hellboy’ has a character called ‘Lobster Johnson’. I loved that name so I kinda stole it as well. But later it got more meaning when I learned more about lobsters.
They outgrow their shells, so when they become too big for their own shell, they have to change it because if they don’t, they literally die. So they have to hide themselves when changing and are exposed to the elements while being super vulnerable. I like the analogy, artists are the same, there's moments where we thrive and when we're good, and then there comes a time where we outgrow our old ways of doing things, and then we have to hide. Me, I'll go inside. People won't hear or see me for weeks, where I slowly recuperate until I feel like I'm ready to take on a new chapter, and then I just go until I can't anymore.
And Lobster Robin has a ring to it, people remember it.
