8. Which of your fellow Belgian artists should the world know about?

Definitely, my good friend ‘A Squid Called Sebastian’ has been painting for a long time and has seen success in his career. However, I feel that his incredible skills are seriously underrated.

A lot of people in Ghent really appreciate 'Arrf the Wolf': I love his work too. He exclusively paints wolves, yet he somehow manages to keep it fresh and inspiring. I’ve even asked him about it, like, "How do you not get tired of painting wolves?" But for him, it’s all about finding new ways to bring the same subject to life. This ties back to something I mentioned earlier: if you can keep reinventing yourself, even within the same theme, that’s something I really admire.

And then there’s 'Ems Verhaert 'from Antwerp. Her work is absolutely incredible. The way she layers her pieces, her figures, her imagination—it's all remarkable. She doesn’t always have the easiest time, and she definitely deserves more recognition. I'm in love with her work and would love to see more of her murals around.

I could keep going, but I’m not sure if you want me to. It's okay, those are some cool names to check out.
